Because of the operating backend system we use to allow payments to go through and for you to download your program, we are unable to process any download of our products or programs without you first making your payment. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Believe it or not, to be able to successfully run your payment information through the system without first charging your information is extremely expensive and complicated, and we are just a small business unable to make things that large websites like eBay or Amazon do look easy.

However, a full refund policy is still in effect for the given trial days for the given product or program. The same policy still applies.
